Returns & Exchanges

At Roversse, we want to ensure you love what you’ve ordered, and if there's any concerns, we’re here to help make it right. 

To be eligible for return, the item should be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please also provide your receipt or proof of purchase to help us process the return efficiently.

Refunds

Returns made within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

Item Exchanges & Store Credit

Returns made within 30 days of purchase are eligible for exchange or store credit.

Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and all sales after 30 days are final. 

Starting Your Return

To begin a return, simply reach out to us at orders@roversse.com, and we'll happily guide you in every step of the process.

We kindly ask that you contact us before sending any items back, as we cannot accept returns that have not been pre-approved.

Please note that customs charges, and any items lost or damaged in return transit are not covered by us. Any additional costs or brokerage fees may be deducted from the refund amount. 

Refunds Processing

Upon receiving your return and completing inspection, we'll notify you as soon as it has been approved. Once everything is confirmed, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require a little additional time in reflecting the refund.

If 15 business days have passed and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at orders@roversse.com and we will gladly assist you.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
